Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 31, 2026

This Privacy Policy applies to all mobile applications, games, and related digital services (collectively, the “Applications” or “Apps”) published by Visiogon (“we,” “our,” or “us”) on the Google Play Store.

We are committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about our data handling practices. By downloading, accessing, or using any of our Applications, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Do Not Collect

We prioritize user privacy by minimizing data collection. We do not directly collect, store, transmit, or process any Personally Identifiable Information (PII) on our own proprietary servers.

Specifically:

  • Our Applications do not require mandatory account registration, logins, or social profile linking.
  • We do not request or store personal identity details, such as your full name, physical address, phone number, or contacts.
  • We do not maintain user databases containing your private personal files or browsing histories.

2. Third-Party Services and Automated Data Collection

While we do not directly collect personal information, our Applications integrate reputable third-party Software Development Kits (SDKs) and APIs. These third-party services provide essential platform functionality, serve advertisements, and handle in-app purchase validation.

These third-party providers may automatically collect non-personally identifiable technical data and device identifiers (such as your Google Advertising ID, IP address, device model, operating system version, and general usage/diagnostic logs) subject to their respective privacy policies:

Google Play Services

Provides core operating system functionality, app distribution security, cloud features, and Google Play ecosystem support.

Google AdMob (Google LLC)

Used in free or ad-supported apps to serve non-personalized or personalized banner, interstitial, native, and rewarded video advertisements. AdMob may utilize advertising IDs and diagnostic data for ad delivery, fraud prevention, and performance analytics.

RevenueCat (RevenueCat, Inc.)

Used in select apps to validate digital purchase receipts, handle subscription lifecycles, and securely grant in-app purchase entitlements across devices without requiring personal contact information.

3. In-App Purchases and Financial Information

All financial transactions, in-app purchases, microtransactions, and premium subscriptions are processed directly and exclusively through Google Play Billing.

Payment Security: We never collect, process, handle, view, or store your credit/debit card numbers, bank account credentials, billing addresses, or payment authentication details. All payment data is processed by Google in compliance with applicable PCI-DSS standards.

4. How Information Is Used

Any technical data or analytics collected via integrated third-party SDKs is used solely for the following legitimate purposes:

  • Application Operation: Delivering core app features, saving local game states, and maintaining stability.
  • Monetization & Advertising: Displaying relevant ads in free apps and measuring ad engagement.
  • Purchases & Subscriptions: Verifying digital purchases, restoring entitlements, and managing subscription access.
  • Diagnostics & Security: Monitoring crash reports, identifying software bugs, and preventing fraudulent use or abuse.

5. Your Choices and Managing Advertising Identifiers

You have control over how diagnostic and advertising data is shared from your device:

  • Opting Out of Personalized Ads: You can reset or delete your Google Advertising ID (GAID) at any time through your Android device settings by navigating to:
Settings > Google > Ads > Delete advertising ID (or Reset advertising ID).
  • App Permissions: You can review, grant, or revoke individual app permissions (e.g., Notifications, Storage) via your device settings at:
Settings > Apps > [App Name] > Permissions.

6. Children’s Privacy (COPPA & GDPR-K)

Protecting the privacy of children is especially important to us. Our Applications are designed for general audiences and do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 (or under the applicable age limit in your jurisdiction, such as 16 in certain EU member states).

If you are a parent or guardian and believe that an integrated third-party service has unintentionally collected personal data from your child, please contact us immediately. Upon notification, we will take prompt action to investigate and coordinate with service providers to delete any such data.

7. Data Retention and Security

Because we do not store personal information on our own servers, we do not retain your personal data. Any non-personal technical data collected by third-party SDKs is retained according to their own data retention and security schedules.

We regularly review the third-party libraries integrated into our Applications to ensure they comply with modern industry security practices and platform requirements.

8. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes in our apps, applicable legal regulations, or platform policies.

Any revisions will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date at the top. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically to stay informed about how we safeguard your information.

9. Contact Information
